I take customer order via phone and my IVR krasivae client what is your name? and then the system should record the person's answer. Then I ask the address and should write the address of the client. How to do it in freepbx.
Thank you.

Solution
As I understand it, my web face freePBX and asteriks
Information about Asterisk
This page supplies various information about Asterisk
Current Asterisk Version: 13.18.3
Summary

Asterisk System uptime: 1 day, 8 hours, 54 minutes, 2 seconds
Last reload: 24 minutes, 10 seconds
Active SIP channels: 0 Active(e) PJSIP channel(s): 0 Active IAX2 channels: 0
SIP registrations: registrations 6 PJSip: 0 IAX2 registrations: 1

what do You think?
FreePBX is a web interface to manage asterisk. It imposes certain restrictions. Not everything can be done, poked the mouse in his buttons.

You can do a lot without this web muzzle. Writing your call processing - dialplan in extensions.conf or even in lua.

And why do you write in the answer field? if there is a button "comment" - Terrell.Stehr18 commented on June 10th 19 at 14:47
why komentirovat my message? ))
As you animate I'm very new but a lot is already understood, realized, read of course, thanks to the web face. In this case, I need to log into ssh, and then continue to set up owned in the Asterisk command line. I truly understand everything. and I understand that this is what I need but not clear how to get there yet ))) https://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+cmd+Record - dane2 commented on June 10th 19 at 14:50
so I do not know what config file you want to insert this script for testing.
; used to record prompts
exten => 205,1,Answer
exten => 205,2,Wait(2)
exten => 205,3,Record(asterisk-recording%d:ulaw)
exten => 205,4,Wait(2)
exten => 205,5,Playback(${RECORDED_FILE})
exten => of 205.6,Wait(2)
exten => 205,7,Hangup - dane2 commented on June 10th 19 at 14:53
Then you need to look for more information about custom contexts in FreePBX and how to incorporate your logic. This thing I do not like FreePBX debug uncomfortable, and often after the update all custom flies.
I find it easier with zero to the dialplan to write - Terrell.Stehr18 commented on June 10th 19 at 14:56
I of course still not able to write a dialplan hands.
I entered this script in extensions_custom.conf
call 205 immediately it went straight to voice mail.
do not prompt how to make 205 reply on this script and how to call it, but if I put it in extensions_custom.conf and are there in his place. - dane2 commented on June 10th 19 at 14:59

If the records should be separate, it does. It can be easily and simply implemented without FreePBX - Asterisk on the bare.
