Start BIOS and try to select the first CD-DVD drive, then perezapustit.
If not helped, try it when you start poking buttons F8 or F4 (the display shows which button will start the Recovery) should fall into the category of a failed WIndows boot , and from there choose to CONTINUE with the USUAL START WINDOWS
