Apache Httpd does not terminate the process on timeout?

Server Xeon 2690 v2 + Mem 128Gb + SSD
6.10 centos system with Nginx + Httpd Prefork + Ispmanager 5 Lite
The problem is that opatch not kill orphaned processes hang until the server reloads
timeout does not work, I suspect proboem mobile customers who visit the site and they have torn the connection, I get a hung process.
sit the guard server for 2 days and periodically reboot.

A similar problem arose on the second day he was weaker and just fell, I was there today, cleaned the mysql database to run faster start until fall.

Tomorrow try to prebaciti all on a more powerful machine.

PS
server-status turned on, there's nothing even detached hanging pictures, and normal page

1) what's the problem with the server? Slow, drops?
2) in error.Apache log?
error.the Apache log is not something special, just the logs start and stop and when I restarted it ,when hovering it gains a lot hangs 100% CPU load. - Mariane.Web commented on April 7th 20 at 16:16
