How to graph the changes of temperature of a computer?

Interested in the kind of program you can see how varied the temperature of computer components for a certain period of time (e.g. per day), to see the average temperature, maximum and minimum during this period. Tell me, please. Thanks in advance

For example, speccy.

So, with the Speccy lied, but to load their snapshots she knows how.
