After replacing the thermal paste the laptop will not start?

Cleaned the laptop Dell4300. Removed the heatsink and old thermal paste liberally flushed with alcohol. Then with two hours of Board laid on the table. Installing MP in the pan decided to start it - start, worked for a minute or two under the processor the beginning (it is soldered to the motherboard) to boil, "to scabaret". Dry with Hairdryer, then MP starts for 7 seconds. on and off. Alcohol killed?

Well here everything is clear.
Alcohol has dried - it is generally very quickly evaporates, leaving only water.
You applied nutrition is short-circuited, the water has boiled away, chip burned.

most likely the alcohol is not dried under percent, there is a place little. again rinse thoroughly go through all the elements and leave to dry on the battery for a day, or a Hairdryer without heating guide "under the" percent for an hour.
and possibly killed... :(
