In technology Flexbox in CSS3 to specify the Flex elements, the value below depending on the text did rakmi this element?

Generally there is a Flex container, and inside Flex items , and now want to change the text changing the scope of this element , and the text does not go beyond the item
which property is responsible , and it needs to be specified in the Flex container , or in each Flex item ?

Flexbox, as a condition, then you can safely delete for any side it is not important here.
If you want to use something like :contains('I want the red borders!'); this crap (the selector contains) is only available in the type libraries jq.
The only thing you can use without resorting to third-party libraries:
[data-text*='myText']{
 color: red;
}

However, in this case you need to use js to duplicate the innerHTML data in-text when writing.

and the text does not go beyond the item

well, it's probably like:
.truncate{
 display: block;
 white-space: nowrap;
 overflow: hidden;
 text-overflow: ellipsis;
}
