How to start a handwritten site on python (not django)?

Started free hosting hosting sprinthost.ru
The settings selected web server uWSGI (Python).
Somebody knows as it is now there to create and launch a website in python, i.e., not in django, as it's the host and here Jangi no.
Want to use as a training tool and to run temporary your website.
Found lessonhow to write on the Python website, but I don't know how to apply it.
Now on the hosting, there are these files:

domains
---f0176077.xsph.ru
-------------public_html
-------------------------index.php
tmp
.bashrc
.bash_logout
.bash_profile
.i18n
.zshrc

Solution
because this host and here Jangi no

I see no reasons why Django could not be installed.

The settings selected web server uWSGI

And the lesson found at the CGI. Notice the difference?

As described in the documentation on uWSGI, create a site file.wsgi content
def application(env, start_response):
 start_response('200 OK', [('Content-Type','text/html')])
 return [b"Hello World"]

And next create a file .htaccess with the contents
Options +ExecCGI
AddHandler wsgi-script .wsgi
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /site.wsgi/$1 [QSA,PT,L]

as described in the instructions hoster.
Thank you!
And in what directory to place these files?
At the root of the hosting folder or domains? - thea_Wehner commented on June 10th 19 at 15:31
By the way, at the expense of links to the user manual of the host.
I once upon a time they already regilsja to the question how to run Python, they replied that such instructions they have. - thea_Wehner commented on June 10th 19 at 15:34

Well for starters learn how to work the WSGI Protocol. But it is not clear for what purpose you this, a lot of things have to do manually.
PS, actually more spam seem for refstyle.
No, not spam. Yes, the link program. Registered on the site, there was such a proposal. Why not use this link, and all of a sudden.
Why did you decide to do so?
I made a temporary website using wordpress for hosting my employer.
But my site does not suit me. Even before I began to study and write a website on Django, but that would be to deploy Django is only GVA, but they are all paid.
I wanted instead of the website on WordPress in General to write on a clean khtml temporary website, but then I thought, why not write on PHP, what would really have no hands to write, in the case of HTML. But to learn PHP there is no desire.
I decided to use PHP instead of Python. - thea_Wehner commented on June 10th 19 at 15:33
Django can be deployed to heroku, Python anywhere, they are both free. - thea_Wehner commented on June 10th 19 at 15:36

Use AWS, there is a free version
There once checked in.
Too much work for websites in English. - thea_Wehner commented on June 10th 19 at 15:35
AWS there are in Russian language.
In addition, the programming language is in English not annoying? - thea_Wehner commented on June 10th 19 at 15:38
, came by in his old acount there, but in the choice of language was not Russian.
I just like the beginner, it is hard to focus on English sites. - thea_Wehner commented on June 10th 19 at 15:41
