Is it correct to use bootstrap3 and flexbox at the same time?

Hi all, what do you think is it right to use bootstrap3 and flexbox at the same time?
For example, on any page of grid is well suited бутстраповская3, but the individual elements, it is more convenient to impose a flake, than to suffer with floatage or inline-blocks.
So the question is - is it correct / right to mix the third bootstrap, and Flex in one project? Interested in your opinion)

PS
Yes, I know about bootstrap4. But the question is about the third and flake.

The idea nothing bad will happen if you are locked with 3M. Bootstrap does not have to break the nested Flex-layout, and the break from it should not. Affected, of course, the supportability of this solution, compared with the 4m, but here's how organize themselves.
In the end, there is light Flex-utility, making much of what makes 4th bootstrapping.

Is it correct? No. But why not Right?!
1) ideally, if the desired bootstrap and flake, then take Bootstrap4 and do not worry.
2) In real life, we have to use what gives us the fate of the >< Hehe
You can do anything, but you need to evaluate the labor costs, convenience and the ability to use a different technology stack based on our own experiences and opinions. Only You can decide.

flexbox is a technology supported by the browser engine.
bootstrap is a set of styles.
Summary: it's two different things.

I'm sorry, but the set of styles in bootstrap - it is derivative, as an additional option. In fact, this grid is built on inline-blocks and floated. - rahul_Kuhn92 commented on June 10th 19 at 15:47
