How to change the background color of the sidebar in sublime text 3?

Here are my settings
"color_scheme": "Packages/Color Scheme - Default/Monokai.tmTheme",
 "theme": "Default.sublime-theme",

Played with themes, decided to revert to the default theme.

Now the active window of the editor was right, and the sidebar does not change. Anyone know where I could screw it up?
Here are the contents of the Default.sublime-theme
[
 // Default Patch
 // ==========================================================================

 // Sidebar Row Padding
 // --------------------------------------------------------------------------

{
 "class": "sidebar_tree"
},

 // Sidebar File Icons
 // --------------------------------------------------------------------------

 // Default
{
 "class": "icon_file_type",
 "layer0.tint": [255, 255, 255],
 "layer0.opacity": 0.75,
 "content_margin": [8, 8]
},

 // Hovered

{
 "class": "icon_file_type",
 "parents": [
{
 "class": "tree_row",
 "attributes": ["hover"]
}],
 "layer0.opacity": 0.5
},

 // Selected

{
 "class": "icon_file_type",
 "parents": [
{
 "class": "tree_row",
 "attributes": ["selected"]
}],
 "layer0.opacity": 1.0
}
]

I would appreciate the help.
