Copied my notes from the gist.github from one account to the new, from an old deleted those records after you have found such warning:

Your account has been flagged.
Because of that, your profile is hidden from the public. If you believe this is a mistake, contact support to have your account status reviewed.

Most likely it was issued because of the duplicates but I then delete them... strange. Of course, I wrote in support, but I think they won't understand.. What to do? New account create now? How to unlock the account?

Solution
wait for a response slide.
And if you will ignore for a few days? I need this account to employer to show it, and now it is not available in the public - nikita.Stracke commented on June 10th 19 at 15:39
so wait a few days.
unlocking only via the slide takes from several minutes to several days (depends on what XS). - kavon.Murphy commented on June 10th 19 at 15:42

Solution
The issue is closed, the support replied:

Sorry about that!

Sometimes our spam detecting systems highlight the accounts that need to be manually reviewed.

I've reset your profile, so your repositories and gists should be available again, and you shouldn't see that message anymore.

But my account is active again))) Thank you!
