How to update datetime.now at each request with telegram API?

the bot sends a request, the answer to which involves reliance on the current time (datetime.now). But here's the thing: when you start filer datetime when running the build produces the current time, and then sends it, not updating. Accordingly, telegrams chat gone stale data. How to update that whenever the query variable is datetime.now given the current value?

so what is stopping every time when prompted to re-datetime.now() ?
I think it is worth a little code to give an example, and so nothing is clear
