How to open the 3rd level menu on click with jquery?

In General I don't really think like js, and there is a problem: there is a dropdown menu where 2 and 3-rd level falls with a click. I have only 2nd level(because I put such an event), I do not understand how to do the same and on the 3rd level, and it falls together with the second, hang the other class is not an option, there must be a simple solution, please suggest this solution

$('ul:not(.menu) li').click(function(e){
$(this).children('ul').toggle();
e.the stoppropagation();
});

But there is something much peramoena. Can somehow and in short it's all done and classes there nafig not needed at all. You can safely do kinship ties.
And if you stretch a little brains - you can do js to remove (inputs: radio/checkbox), but that's for the fans:)
