How to choose a lamp for working at the computer? Which is better? Led, energosberegayushie, fluorescent, halogen?

Help to choose the lamp. I do not understand them. Incandescent bulbs burn out sooooo quickly. Want to take one that long will not to burn out. And which is better suited for working at the computer - programming (to avoid fatigue, desire to sleep, harm to the eyes and to be comfortable to work).

Fatigue and desire to sleep well in any way with the lamp not connected. To sleep you just need enough time :)
In General, the choice of the lamp, i.e. the light is a matter of personal preference. Everywhere I prefer a "bright" or "cold" light - 4000K, while others would prefer "warm" light similar to incandescent lamps - 2300К
