Examples and names of these units?

Hi!

On websites and especially landing pages often use blocks with a picture on the background + the text to demonstrate a service or product. Now looking for inspiration and examples ready of such blocks in order to implement something of my own, but got 2 questions:
1. How to 'call' similar designs/units? In the future, it was possible to effectively to look for their examples...
2. Sites with ready examples of such blocks?
