In bootstrap 4 make correct positioning in the mobile version?

I have such markup:
<div class="row">
 <div class="col-md-12 col-lg-3">
 {include file=sidebar}
</div>
 <div class="col-md-12 col-lg-9">
{content}
</div>
 </div>

How to make the mobile version the sidebar (col-lg-3) was the bottom and content on top?
The documentation I have is not strong, do not know English)
Thanks in advance!

Solution
Documentation
If you do not know English, then looking at the examples to understand intuitively what to do.
<div class="row">
 <div class="col-md-12 col-lg-3 order-lg-1 order-2">
 {include file=sidebar}
</div>
 <div class="col-md-12 col-lg-9 order-lg-2 order-1">
{content}
</div>
</div>

And if so, to impose the first-mobile, then here it is:
<div class="row">
 <div class="col-md-12 col-lg-9 order-lg-2">
{content}
</div>
 <div class="col-md-12 col-lg-3 order-lg-1">
 {include file=sidebar}
</div>
</div>
