Wget wants to download a site with SSL certificate, what to do?

Try to download the website (not your own) with SSL certificate, says this :
C:\Users\Streichholz>wget --page-requisites -r-l 10 https://bitcy.biz/
SYSTEM_WGETRC = c:/progra~1/wget/etc/wgetrc
syswgetrc = D:\GnuWin32/etc/wgetrc
2017-12-11 --12:58:23-- https://bitcy.biz/
Recognized bitcy.biz... 104.20.217.70, 104.20.216.70
The connection to bitcy.biz|104.20.217.70|:443... connected. *
ERROR: unable to verify certificate bitcy.biz requested by `/C=US/O=GeoTrust Inc./CN=GeoTrust EV SSL CA - G4':
 It is impossible to locally authenticate the requester.
Unsafe to connect to bitcy.biz, use `--no-check-certificate'.
It is impossible to establish the SSL connection.

When adding this command, it gives this:
C:\Users\Streichholz>wget --page-requisites --no-check-certificate -r-l 10 https://bitcy.biz/
SYSTEM_WGETRC = c:/progra~1/wget/etc/wgetrc
syswgetrc = D:\GnuWin32/etc/wgetrc
