Somehow it turns a little input type="checkbox" in your firefox?
Problem with checkbox in your firefox browser. Very small in size. In other browsers everything is fine both in mobile and desktop

Removed all of the code leaving only the checkbox. Display became normal. Something resets the size of the checkbox. went digging to relieve

The cause is found a small display checkbox in mobile firefox.
For all input's s was set padding Npx. With type="text" everything works fine. But with type="checkbox" problem. And probably with type="radio" too, the problem is the small size of the display or not fully displayed.
