Why not open prosrochennoy port from the local network?

Hi all.
In short, this situation:
There is a home server 192.168.222.6. Want access to a web muzzle torrenticola.
From my network I go on 192.168.222.6:9091 - get in the web-face transmission. OK.
Did on the router a port forward rule:
my.domain:PREROUTING policy 91-dnat to 192.168.222.6:9091
If you connect from the outside - works fine.
If you connect from the local area on my.domain:91 - connection timeout. But IP works.
I feel that the traffic is lost somewhere in the routing tables, but can't figure out where...
