How to reinstall the bootloader of Windows Server 2012r2?

Hello! Can you please tell me about reinstalling the boot loader of windows server. 2012.
The question briefly:
There are ssd with a known working files and directories in the windows server (the only section). Everything is in place, even the directory boot, but that disk has no boot loader. Is there any option to install to a single windows server to run this ROM? The version described here is , alas, not rolls. Displays a message that it detected 0 windows installed. ?

Long question with background:
I used linux, but need windows server. I took the second ssd is hooked up the drive and rolled it in windows server. I do not remember, restored the boot loader or not, in short, grub displayed my xubuntu, just memtest and windows server. Everything was OK, until then, until I decided to use the first ssd, which was linux on the other computer. Situation: if you leave the drive with Windows and put in the remaining space ubuntu cannot see Windows even after
$os-prober
$update-grub.
(The output of os-prober blank - nothing displays).
But if you paste back the first ssd, everything loads as it should.
Copy information about windows server from the old ssd to /boot/grub/grub.the new cfg doesn't help, either.

So what do I do?

Boot from the installation disc, choose system restore, the boot loader will be restored automatically.
The installation of windows 7 crashes to blue screen. On the windows server there is no uprising in the installer. Tonight I'll try just the windows 8 installer - Uriel.Weissnat commented on June 10th 19 at 16:24
