What is the meaning of 5 long beeps uefi bios and cyclic reboot?

Motherboard GA-B150M-D3H
Bought new graphics card gtx 1070. And Samsung ssd 500 GB. Completely de-energize the computer, zmenil the old to the new, at the same time gently wiped it off from dust. Monitor connected via hdmi.

Joyful, connect all cables, turn on the computer, preparing to put Windows on the new ssd, but then suddenly 5 long (I think about a second each) signals. Then restart. And so the cycle. On the screen nothing. I clamped the power button and the computer went off. Now I turn it on now nothing at all...

What's the matter? The gugleniya gives only old not current information.

Solution
The problem was solved. Was somehow not clear miracle this upgrade did not survive one strap of RAM. At least, without it the computer starts.

Update:
Now I tried to insert to another slot and it worked. There is a suspicion that in past times didn't inserted it (I'm afraid to break the motherboard).
