To write mobile apps in js this is a big mistake. this is a serious PL = serious product. Java is a classic, time-tested, the more it is a complete programming language. Then after Java you can experiment with different languages, but at any moment you can return to java
Learning JS for the sake of writing mobile apps is a bad practice. Ideally, you need to learn Java or Kotlin. Can Dart + Flutter.

Do not enter a person into error on the js a lot of companies write their apps and games for mobile devices, and even earn this, so if you want some write on react native and do not listen

Depends on the type of mobile application.
React is absolutely not a panacea.
Every framework is usually geared for a narrow range of tasks.
