That affects the device developer in the U.S. more: the very existence of the bachelor's degree or the prestige of the University?

This year I finish College. Next year I will go to University. Of course, I would not like after College and all four years, so I want to try to get directly into the second year, but nobody knows which Universities will be lucky to do that, and even go on a budgetary option.

Of course, I would not like after College and all four years

I "will please": the diploma study does not end, but only proceeds to the next step. I'm 33, College graduated in 2009, and since then I do not remember periods of time when I wasn't studying. Programming is a constant learning something new.
And in the US, as everywhere else, are people first and foremost with brains and not sawdust, and willing to learn. Your "of course, I would not" not prokanaet. Diploma of the University preferably having an international status.
You misunderstood me. I don't mean that with the end of high school no longer have to learn anything. I was referring to the time of stay at the University. For three years I studied in College and would like to reduce the term of study in the University course. Although in recent years it seems to me that this is likely to be impossible, and I spent three years in this school. - megane.Kulas commented on April 19th 20 at 12:07

A diploma is not affected if he is Russian

The same is not affected.
The diploma will help to ease the visa (the main thing is that he just admitted abroad, Google), and device developers in the United States affect the brains, skills and experience.
And unique brains, skills and experience. You need to be significantly better than the average Joe, so the company hired a foreigner and not local. - maximillia.Lubowitz commented on April 19th 20 at 12:11
@maximillia.Lubowitz, for example, know COBOL, they have a deficit now. - zaria53 commented on April 19th 20 at 12:14
@maximillia.Lubowitz, may be lucky to win a green card while studying at the University. Then the employer generally will not need to obtain the coveted document. I will try every year, but if not lucky, I will have at least a good education. - megane.Kulas commented on April 19th 20 at 12:17
@megane.Kulas, to participate in the lottery, the University does not need, you can even thump on the bench the whole time. You'll have to determine what is your question and what you want to know here - morris_Wisozk20 commented on April 19th 20 at 12:20
