Reliable recovery of file in macOS?

The situation is this: with the external hdd was accidentally deleted two important folders in macOS. Files are important. Is it possible to recover them a reliable proven way?
Who faced with low level file recovery in Mac OS, please give a practical answer. Thanks in advance!

You need to restore the metadata files and the original hierarchy(two folders, the original names). This function is available in Disk Drill(Recovery Valuet), but the deep scan(in other applications) issues a chaos of names of files(documents, photos, videos).
Perhaps You are faced with a more reliable, accurate and complete as possible recovery for macOS in applications?

It is safest to restore the data with the help of companies specializing in data recovery. Otherwise, data can be irretrievably lost.

External drive better immediately disable and take on data recovery that important data is not overwritten on top of the new.
Must recover the data on an external drive and any medium + to make a bootable disk. Tried Disk Drill Enterprise - restored to 100 GB, which is very small. From the reviews they write that all is fine when deep scan recovers up to 95%. But not in my case. Valuet Recovery, guaranteed recovery(pro). I restored using Disk Drill. The program is simple and straightforward.
What version used? Different restore differently. Other options? - kenneth_Roberts commented on June 10th 19 at 16:35
