Why do images appear only after you restart Intelij Idea?

Problem: when I add any image in the project folder and launch the app, the image is not displayed. The image appears only after I make presupus Intelij Idea.
I'm sick of capity times to restart the IDE after adding a new image)
How to fix it?

Hello!
You do not need to restart the program itself.
Proceed as follows:
After you add a new static, or make changes to your project, in order to see the changes make the Build project (ctrl + F9) or Rebuild Project.
In order not to bother each time by clicking on the build / rebuild, turn on auto build.
To do this, follow the steps:

With images all the same. When I build my project, the page does not see the image, the 404 status in the developer console of the browser.
