The alignment of the blocks?

The blocks need to stand in the middle (sort of are), but the text in them is somehow strange... (must be level) and all the text the same size

and all text the same size

in the second block of text is in the h1 tag, it will not be by default the same size

header div {
 font-size: 40pt;
 display: flex;
 justify-content: space-around;
 align-items: center;
 padding: 4rem 0;
 width: 400px;
 border: Black 1px solid;
}

header h1 {
 color: #1E90FF;
 font-size: 40pt;
 font-weight: 400;
}
