Appeared grainy in screenshots, or when you scroll the apps vscode?
Noticed this problem when I worked at the figma and did a screenshot, but the work is not disturbed.
Today, at the opening vscod when I thumb through the code menu on the left becomes granular when scrolling. Somebody faced? What could be the problem?

Solution
Try disabling fxaa for the application or even for everything in the nvidia control panel, I have something similar happened.
