The BIOS sees no boot disks Acer Aspire C24-865?

Monoblock Acer Aspire C24-865.
Endless pre-installed OS 3.
You need to install Windows 10.
If you try to select in the BIOS boot from the stick, in the selection of priorities, removable devices, USB drive does not appear.
What I was doing:
Connectivity media (100% working, 3 of the stick 1 HDD and 2 different boot loader) in the USB ports 2.0 and 3.0 (despite the fact that in these same ports working keyboard and mouse).
In the BIOS switch all the modes potentially limiting the ability to boot from the drive (Security mode CSM).
At boot time all ports work, USB drive visible.
3-hour dances with a tambourine did not lead to the expected result.
The BIOS (latest version) lame-limited functionality. (
Any idea in what direction to dig?
