As the selection of the server configuration for a small amount of information?

Good afternoon, friends! There was a problem of the selection of the configuration of the server so the available evidence:
1) up To 1000 users. 200-300 users all the time online.
2) the Server will be a place of gathering and storage of information (photo and video) from one user to another.
3) on an average day will receive 50 GB of new data.
4) the Equipment must be Enterprise level and to be maximally fault tolerant.
5) To start the server will have 50 TB of memory and a mirror on the same amount. 50 TB — 20 TB SSD's and 30 TB of HDD's.
The server will most likely be a file server on which the administrative entity shall, after initial processing the received information to assign the level of access to it. And end user have certain level of access would take her to himself.
I would like to ask for your assistance in the selection of components and their quantity. The conditional budget is not limited.

Consider the decision from multiple servers, get the fault tolerance and added flexibility.
from a relatively easily administered solutions - build chronolyse on glusterfs with replication.
Ideally, I would like to separate the SSD and HDD on different servers, then I would like 4 servers, since the resiliency of the leaves on the level of glaster, you don't need a ride.
For storage it can be 4 1U server:
HDD1: 4x10TB
HDD2: 4x10TB
SSD1: 10x1.96Tb
SSD2: 10x1.96Tb
Storage and distribution you will be enough, you can use something like Intel Xeon E (of the latest models of processors) and 32-64G of memory.
Then the question arises, what at the application level ? He has rights as administreres and so forth ?
This may affect the configuration of CPU/RAM. But intuitively guess based on the 4 servers with Xeon E+32G RAM can run.
The alternative to this solution from one server, then you need to think about the platform and about RAID.
For fault tolerance I would suggest at least RAID 5 + 1 spare disk.
Total: 6x10Tb HDD + 7x3.84Tb SSD is the minimum, so you need to insert at least 13 discs and here or 12 disks in 2U or leave it in 3U case.
In this case, be sure to take the RAID controller.
Considering the speed of obtaining/razdachi information SAS you do not need, you can stay on the SATA.
Then, depending on the application, I would like to start with a minimum of Dual Xeon Silver/Gold , 128G RAM+
But the CPU and memory usage is a shot in the dark - no understanding of the requirements of the application.
there's another ceph as a replacement for gluster, but the building of this structure will take significant time and effort, and will require server administration by a qualified administrator.
Hello! And can you somehow tie telegram or any other instant messenger? I would be more described in detail. - guy65 commented on April 19th 20 at 12:17

Usually the sellers of such equipment are well versed in the gland. And they will pick up on the requirements.

Yandex cloud ( not to be confused with disk)

50 terabyte, fault-tolerance... one server is clearly not enough, there is a cluster storage system.

Hire a qualified professional, you estimate the variants of implementation.
Yes, it's part of my diploma, but my specialty it actually has no relation, but the thesis is interesting and I want to finish. - guy65 commented on April 19th 20 at 12:23
