As the selection of the server configuration for a small amount of information?

1) up To 1000 users. 200-300 users all the time online.
2) the Server will be a place of gathering and storage of information (photo and video) from one user to another.
3) on an average day will receive 50 GB of new data.
4) the Equipment must be Enterprise level and to be maximally fault tolerant.
5) To start the server will have 50 TB of memory and a mirror on the same amount. 50 TB — 20 TB SSD's and 30 TB of HDD's.
The server will most likely be a file server on which the administrative entity shall, after initial processing the received information to assign the level of access to it. And end user have certain level of access would take her to himself.
I would like to ask for your assistance in the selection of components and their quantity. The conditional budget is not limited.

Consider the decision from multiple servers, get the fault tolerance and added flexibility.
from a relatively easily administered solutions - build chronolyse on glusterfs with replication.
Ideally, I would like to separate the SSD and HDD on different servers, then I would like 4 servers, since the resiliency of the leaves on the level of glaster, you don't need a ride.
For storage it can be 4 1U server:
HDD1: 4x10TB
HDD2: 4x10TB
SSD1: 10x1.96Tb
SSD2: 10x1.96Tb
