Is it possible in Sublime Text to use IntelliSense for inline javascript without creating TernJS project?

Is it possible when editing a separate PHP file which has Inline JavaScript to use IntelliSense?
PS, Or if it is impossible to achieve this in Sublime Text, it may be in a different editor (not IDE) it can be done?
