How to remove Google tracking the results (Firefox)?

Hello!

80% of the time I use DuckDuckGo, but sometimes you have to search in Google.
Once upon a time, in version 47 Firefox, set a custom url request, which generated net results
(on the results page - direct link).

All new ferfaksa (probably starting from the Quantum) this request is given to the links wrapped
Google tracking (Google dot com?q=the desired link&unique parameter)

(Interestingly, the old copy of FF 47 I have left, it still works.... )
(One request, if I am not mistaken, looked about as https :// www Google com/search?q=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&ie=utf-8&pws=0&gl=us&gws_rd=cr

Is there any way to return this functionality? Thank you all!

I think the version of Firefox scripts loaded google.com depend should not, unless Google does not track the version of the browser.

Using uBlock Origin I zablocie scripts such rules
||www.google.com/xjs/_/js/*$script,domain=www.google.com
||www.google.ru/xjs/_/js/*$script,domain=www.google.ru

The result was a direct link to the sites without using a redirect google.com but some of the functionality on the search page is broken.
