How to catch process that loads the CPU on the server?

There is a server to Server Ubuntu 16.04, which turns on Yandex.The cloud is already a year and a half, no problems, but just yesterday in the monitoring of clouds I saw that the server is always loaded on 100%. The trick is that as soon as you come on to the server via ssh then the entire load is lost and no unnecessary top processes does not show all the rules. Close the console and load appears again. Then I took another look and quickly executed the command
ps -eo pid,ppid,cmd,%mem,%cpu --sort=-%cpu | head -n 3

First, I saw the line
PID PPID CMD %MEM %CPU
14455 56240 lmevk 59.3 198

A second later the process was gone. If you enter the command lmevk that such command is not found.
Then tried to find parent process PPID
$ ps-p 56240
 PID TTY TIME CMD
56240 ? 00:00:40 noazjd

What is it all about can it be? How to catch more details about this process?
