Is there a secure cloud?

Good day!
I'm paranoid. I have nothing to hide, however, I would very much wish that someone had access to my data, at least to the media.
Is there such decentralized storage(the cloud)? Icloud is checked. Google drive - checked. They themselves in their terms of use they write about it, though, and say that the data in their repositories is filtered on the search for childporn. What if tomorrow they will change the filters and will have to look for now? Will search in your repositories on my picture and find my whole life.

I need just such a cloud, where there is synchronization of mobile phone-computer-tablet. To be able to go into one account from all devices and use their data.
I also discuss options with the physical hardware, so I can buy and put at home mini-cloud, where I throw information. When the cloud personally, I have, at least, hope that the data is encrypted and nobody will be able to decrypt it without having physical access.
I've heard of a lot of options, for example: NextCloud, ownCloud, open source.

Put the software that creates the container, connect it backup to the cloud whenever a file changes and all.
Open it with the password as the folder or drive and back to business as usual.

As soon as I put that file into it - he immediately modificeres in the cloud.

This is not a cloud, and your server. The cloud is a service to provide access to the IT infrastructure which you have.
How to encrypt files that, for example, I fill up in icloud? Iphone, ipad do not provide the ability to download additional programs, through which I could kriptovat them.

For example, on Windows same WinRAR will work, there are for smartphones, at least under Android.
In Apple it's doubtful there own infrastructure. All that you have downloaded in your Iphone, ipad under apple's control, there is no sense something to encrypt.
In Android, the situation is slightly better, but only slightly. In modern windows, too.

It is better to use file encryption. Here it is as convenient. I when I was not lazy, used BoxCryptor (in fact EncFS under Win). Incited it to a folder, it transparently encrypted everything in it. This folder was lying in my dropbox. The very same utility it is mounted as a virtual disk, which can be transparent to work on the fly. Ie cloud sync already encrypted files, I work locally with the decrypted transparently and without any effort.
But then you have to trust the encryption utility :)

You trust the provider, the manufacturer of the OS, the manufacturer and NAS', the router manufacturer, the manufacturer applied FOR? All these points which are potential leak of data if paranoia in full.

And can not be. "Secure the cloud" - an oxymoron. You are, by definition, trust the admins of the vault, which will be based on Your data. Just the word, without any possibility of verification. The only option is to store encrypted archive files with a password or passirovannye certificate when the encryption was done by You. Truth is terribly inconvenient.

The option of staging servers at home is much better - there certainly will be their problem to the admin's type - place of setting, the light, the backups, Zip etc - but the issue of access "vtihushku" this option removes. From Synology there DSCloud with clients under Windows and Android (and maybe beneath everything else, don't know) - if you trust the synology, you can put.
