Today I cleaned my computer it's very old and was dusty
Here and there the power-saving mode
Briefly how is a-runs 10 seconds(nothing works) and writes the power-saving mode
Tried everything I know, YouTube looked nothing helped
The signal from the video card not supplied to the monitor, the monitor goes into energy he that saves mode.
Looking for what is not connected, or not, in General, the problem with the guts: motherboard, percent, memory, etc.

"Energy saving mode" - this label displays the monitor if no video signal is detected.
If the cable is connected, and connected properly (e.g., video card pci-ex connected to her, not built into the motherboard) and the monitor works with another computer fine, then the computer is defective.
With this level of passion only in SC to carry.
The problem may be banal loss of contact of RAM or a video card, and maybe something a statics beat out (usually users clean computer vacuum cleaner and brush straight wool boards, well, killed by static at times).
The SP will validate the connections just inside, and connect the post-card, and it will be seen where plugging. And no problem, in principle, to connect a known-good components and find out the failed node.
If money is not sorry, you may try to fix it. There is no excess - it is better in STS, while not breaking anything (already a lot of motherboards have parachini, which tried to insert the RAM the opposite, and burnt out tracks; or put the RAM when the comp is off but in standby mode - RAM it is still powered, and you can't insert/pull out, and a lot more can happen).
