How to deal with UDP flood on the network?

Good evening could you tell me how to deal with udp flood a piece of iron Cisco ASA 5510. With cisco turn not long ago recently there was a problem found flood first on the 1 port closed it the next day on a different port O5 is covered, etc. Is there any generic way of handling?
