What opaque film/plastic is transparent in the near IR range?
Hi all.
Comrades, in great need of advice/tip professionals.
Problem: need to find a material that will not be transparent in the visible light range and thus will not be a barrier to infrared radiation of the middle range.
Example: the eyes see black, opaque film/plastic. And in the image with night surveillance camera - you can see absolutely transparent material.
Possible please suggest the material which can be found in everyday life. Mean that it was not a "silicon plate", but mainly film or thin plastic that you can buy or where we can order in worldly store.
Thank you in advance esteemed Guru)

Dark red polycarbonate is likely to be just that. To search the shops that sells materials for advertising constuctii.
You can find a very deep red color, so the eye will nifiga not visible, and the camera will "see."
