How to set for each computer account your proxies?

Please tell me.
There is a personal computer. There a few local accounts.
How to set for each computer account your proxies?
Example:
User1 - Proxi1
User2 - Proxi2
User3 - Proxi3
To access the Internet or any certain programs user account was specified via the proxy.
Tried Proxifier, but this program is installed only on one account. On all the other swears. Thanks in advance.

If you use AD, then the solution is GPO. Example of setting: https://help.symantec.com/cs/EMAIL_WEB.CLOUD/WEBSE...
Thank you. Trying to figure out the second day. Nothing happens. This method has never faced. Please tell me in detail how this is all done for a specific program that the user will run (not for browser). Proxy will use IPv4 SOCKS5 ip:port:login:pass - kaya_Hane commented on April 19th 20 at 12:29
