Is there this kind of remote access to the PC?

There is a computer which I use constantly on udalenke. He's standing in the country and is always on.
When you need to reboot or reinstall the OS or go to BIOS suppose that you need to physically come and do it all there, in the distance you did.

Question. Is there any device that can connect to a PC via HDMI and USB, so it gave me somehow the image over the network, and accept commands from my mouse+keyboard and send them to the remote computer?

The issue lies in the control method of the computer regardless of OS loaded etc. About VNC, RDP, TeamViewer, etc I know. About VMware, virtual box too.

Is there any device...
Yes, such device is on sale, called IP_KVM - here is a for example the price Tag is usually around 30-100 thousand.

You can also assemble a computer motherboard that supports remote management this Intel series chipsets Q.
Nvprimer https://www.dns-shop.ru/product/0c945780504f3332/m...

When you need to reboot or reinstall the OS or go to BIOS suppose that you need to physically come and do it all there on the remote do
In fact it is rarely actually need.
Reinstall the OS and be without remote access if you really need to restart - there are sockets controlled by SMS, and in the BIOS why climb? Anyway, the IP-KVM will not allow you to remotely change the bar memory or hard disk.
But if you want and inexpensively - collect comp on the V-pro.

The issue lies in the control method of the computer regardless of OS, if you have uploaded it
Configure network boot on the router. When you have turned you computer will boot from the router. And from there anything is installed, reinstall.

If the computer is not very ancient and cheap, at Intel's vPro AMT AMD's Dash.
This is perhaps also a good option because next year was going to upgrade To something newer:) - Kaycee20 commented on April 19th 20 at 12:33
