Any idea how to send Custom Field from One Page checkout in a letter of order?

Installed Prestashop 1.7 and the module for quick booking. Any idea how to send Custom Field from One Page checkout in a letter of order? Added there the radio buttons on selection of interval time of delivery, in a letter about ordering this misc is not going away. Thank you!
