In Bitrix business to Create a discount only for unauthorized users.?

From the "Additional conditions" in the subset "Users" select "Group."
To switch the mode from "a member of the group(s)" in "is not in the group(s)".
In the group list, mark all except "All users (including unauthorized) [2]".
An unauthenticated user will only be in this group.
