What to choose for WebRTC in the web and Android?

Hi all,
do monitoring of the fleet, there is an Android app for the driver (to Flutter) and the web interface for the Manager (to React). Faced with the task exchange between text, voice messages and also voice calls (video not yet, thank God). Can you advise on what WebRTC libraries and the server is there to navigate? Dazzled :)
