Blue screen Windows Server 2008 osipkov 0x000007b. After the blackouts. How to solve?

You have a server OS Windows Server 2008 R2 Foundation, in the bios is the startup by the appearance of power, but after the blackouts recently(a month), began issuing blue with the error 0x000007b. But a few restarts fix the problem, but it's not an option, because you have the extra time to schlep out to the server and time spent on it. System hard drives in a RAID, but it does not disintegrate after launch. How to solve the problem? "chkdsk /r c:" did not help.

Solution
Move the system to a working disk, do a "chkdsk and system file checker.
chkdsk did not help, but "sfc /scannow" forgot, thank you - Brad.Bauch75 commented on April 19th 20 at 12:33
