tried all possible ways which are only found online, nothing helped

Solution
Trouble with the installation of the package python-keyring
Try:
apt-get-f install to fix crooked installed packages
or reinstall specifically python-keyring

I reinstalled debian, pip was delivered without errors and everything works fine - delpha.Schowalt commented on April 19th 20 at 12:37
