How to implement the inertial horizontal swipe?

There is a container inside which the block of greater length. The indoor unit need swapit horizontally within the container. I made a simple scrolling of the indoor unit on the touch event. But I would like to add dynamism and make the inertial swipe when after swipe block a while still moving and gradually stops.

Is there any ready solutions for this implementation?
