This is used throughout the class .container or .wrapper with defined properties. Look how it is done in the bootstrap for example.

@wiley.Yun, then make a div which is added inside the bloc. In the end, will be the main diva (e.g. header) will backround, and all the elements in the block will be indented at the edges only.
