Why when I deploy war to remote Tomcat error: Cannot invoke Tomcat manager: Connection reset by peer: socket write error?

Trying to deploy war using tomcat7:deploy on Tomcat.
Do everything according to the instructions from the site https://mkyong.com/maven/how-to-deploy-maven-based...

On the local computer all teplitsa to cheer.

And on the remote server an error occurs:
Cannot invoke Tomcat manager: Connection reset by peer: socket write error
