How bad for new programmers on the market?

My friend-programmer to the question on how difficult it is to get novice programmers, threw a short article. How true is it?

In programming right now do not have enough qualified personnel with experience. But if you look at novice programmers, everything is flipped upside the head.

Question: why do some vacancies for beginners a huge number of demands?

The fact that the market Junior s now a hell of a competition. The most depressing that jobs "junior" respond to people with very different skills. When we put in Moscow the vacancy "JavaScript programmer (junior)", on her first day responded to more than a hundred people. And try to figure it out, one of them is really suitable.

The interview was conducted, but the normal specialist we could find. In the end I decided to use standard practice: just increased the number of requirements. It is possible to reduce the flow of applicants - the "weak" programmers responded much less. At the same time pointing to jobs some kind of technology stack, we did not require the applicant serious experience - it was enough for us to understand that the person is ready to learn everything necessary in the short term.

But such practices have a downside: now to enter in IT, the novice programmer need to comply with the specialist who had experience in the office from 3 to 6 months.

There are two options: either you have your own projects that show your level, or you're very lucky.

Various "super online courses" brood novice programmers, who really can not do anything, and in this stream are lost smart guys, unable to get even to the interview.

The result is dramatic: to find a job a novice programmer now incredibly difficult.

All right. There are a shitload of courses such as OTUS, Geekbrains and other shit that occurred on the fashionable wave of "enter into It", has spawned a crowd not knowing how and not knowing the Goonies. The same wave led to the appearance of the same (even worse since the courses at least teach something) dunce self-taught.
These idiots have heard the Internet stories about how it all cool, a lot of dough, all programmers polls lie somewhere in the Canary Islands on the beach with my laptop titted women give them a Blowjob and they click with one finger, earning dobrinata bucks a minute.
Boobies don't want to think, do not want to learn, but I want everything written in the previous paragraph. Instead of reading serious literature (and read something they even know how?) they look vidosic on YouTube, where the same idiots or just quirky guys who decided to cash in on the unspoiled intelligence lockah, tell us how cool and just to be a programmer, give lessons and all that jazz. They crowd knocked on the Toaster, asking absolutely stupid questions, and don't even make any effort to solve their problems.
All this leads to the fact that really smart and talented guys and really can't find a job, because the above idiots are so zadalbyvat recruiters that it becomes just do not care. You lose sight. As a result, we have to give everyone a test, write a bunch of requirements to weed out such Pithecanthropus. But at the same time be eliminated and adequate guys with experience and a real desire to learn and grow, but do not want someone to prove that they really can and want to work.
The whole crowd of idiots completely discreditied industry, turning it into a circus.

Novice programmers are different, there are those who watched a couple of movies and is going to get, and there are those who year worked on the knowledge and experience on n-the number of hours per day.

For some, bad as possible, for others it is not that bad, but well, always the essence is important, not the General concept of a beginner.

In any case, the time spent on studies and practices will allow and get to work, if you still refuse, we should go and increase your skills specialist and it turns out long, hard and painful.

not true

to find a job easily
only problem is that people have a very high opinion, and often declare themselves with a too high position.

we are looking for a person on Larabel. My experience on Laravale - six months. Come candidates who position themselves as specialists in this framework with several years of practice and not able to answer trivial questions. People don't know the difference between an abstract class from the interface. About patterns the CRUD they didn't hear anything. Using a framework they don't know certain things, which lie just on the surface of the work (osprey, mutators, accessory).

One conclusion - you just have to learn, and not to consider themselves the most intelligent. Print on a piece of paper the words "I'm stupid th#but do not know and do not know how" and to witness this piece his whole career, that would not be tempted to relax. Then the work will be.
