Poor RAM?

Before Google Chrome ate a wild amount of RAM and to work in heavy demanding programs had to close it. Now in the peak of Google Chrome, consumes 3.5 GB operatives, and 1.4 GB of operatives that is acceptable. But in Windows 10, 1909 in some of the updates process wup.exe that pulls out of the process csrss.exe and consumes as much as 2.3 GB operatives.
What is a WUP and what is csrss and what to do with them?! Tell me, please!
