I strongly advise SaveMyTime.
- Add the sections of the cases (over time, they may not be enough in the free version, so if using the program goes, it is recommended to take the paid version).
- Configure how often the app will remind you about entering information on the time spent
All, now only remains to introduce yourself in the habit to use the app regularly. The program for each entry invites you to enter the data for the time that has not been made in the program.
I for myself have identified about 15 cases: sleep, transport, English, coding, websurf, social network, eating, reading books/Habra, learning new technology, family, personal Affairs, etc.
In a couple of this app installed Habitica and Visual Timer. Added Habitica habits, repetitive business and objectives. Analyzed how much time to allocate to each of the social networks (e.g. Twitter 10 minutes, LinkedIn - 10 minutes instagram - 5 minutes, etc.) and when entering in the social network include a routine for her, timer, after the time out from social networks and turn to the next duplicate case or task.
