Software for writing (about)scientific articles?

Lord, now systematize their knowledge, have developed a convenient system of tags and stuff, but so far all I've recorded is whatever the hell kind of order and lies on a word file.

Need an editor for articles,I don't know the scientific content, with support for TeX to be able to insert pictures(graphics), well, that article could be on the tags to scatter.

In short, a kind of Evernote-enabled TeX.

Please tell me.
It is desirable to have the client on Linux, well, or the web version.

Emacs
Emacs knows how to tags? I need the organizer(only now think of the word), not a TeX editor. - lia commented on June 10th 19 at 17:02
It is not entirely clear what you want. But emacs has diegima modules, if you do not find what you need, you can write yourself. - Astrid88 commented on June 10th 19 at 17:05
