History, ordered the parts already just over a month ago:
Intel I5-7600K
Asus Prime z270-k
PSD416G2 PATRIOT 2x8Gb DDR4 2133MHz 1.2 v
Chieftec 550W CPS-550S
Palit GTX 1060 6Gb

As I arrived, so after a couple of hours together. Start the apparatus, the diodes are lit, the PSU is working, fan on percents too, but black screen and no POST message, "no signal". Tried using VGA to mother an adapter VGA-HDMI mother and after to TV and also via discrete via HDMI to TV. Pulled discrete and the response is the same.

You have embedded videos and external card - move the video card, reset BIOS with jumper, connect the monitor to the video input of the motherboard, go into BIOS, set up, specify what you're going to use external graphics card and only then stick a dedicated graphics card.

Can be different but there should look, so if the above didn't help-
1) Put the speaker and listen as he squeaks at startup.
2) Try with only one strip of RAM to start.

You have disabled the discrete card, connect the monitor to built-in and reset the BIOS jumper?

Well, it's obvious that BP. And why it was taking the same the second time? Replace the PSU to a higher quality and more powerful. For example, some FSP watt on 650-700 and everything will fly. If not - well, there is a memory or video card then only. The probability of marriage has not been canceled. For example, I somehow got a defective percent of at least one core was defective, the Windows stood up well - but under load, black screen and full freeze.
