Why is the computer not working after Assembly?

Hello, I ask You for help in solving the problem.

History, ordered the parts already just over a month ago:
Intel I5-7600K
Asus Prime z270-k
PSD416G2 PATRIOT 2x8Gb DDR4 2133MHz 1.2 v
Chieftec 550W CPS-550S
Palit GTX 1060 6Gb

As I arrived, so after a couple of hours together. Start the apparatus, the diodes are lit, the PSU is working, fan on percents too, but black screen and no POST message, "no signal". Tried using VGA to mother an adapter VGA-HDMI mother and after to TV and also via discrete via HDMI to TV. Pulled discrete and the response is the same.

Disassembled out of the box in the booth: the mother-stone+radiator RAM. The effect is the same black screen "no signal". Pulled all the RAM, the speaker let know about her absence, had done the manipulation of each plank in each slot in turn (eraser too wiped) same black screen "no signal". Pulled battery, CMOS also reset. Started to sin on an older version of BIOS and doesn't start out of the box with the new generation of the stone, looked at the sticker on the nurse should be able to run.
Decided the next day to go to STS and there to update it there when I updated the firmware and after when I there started my stone's mother. Ie their BP+die memory and a simple video card via VGA it worked. Came home gathered at the stand mother stone+radiator RAM and again the same thing...black screen and no signal. Of course, I lost it completely, started to sin on the bad contact in the wiring of the PSU and gave it under warranty.

The warranty I was told they work, but throws to almost the peak load, it would seem normal, but they sent it back to the factory for additional checks... well a month later I got the refund, bought the same PSU from another shop and the situation has not changed...black screen.

The stone is inserted in the key contacts for the supply of stone connect all the 8pin, maternal nutrition, respectively. Swollen were professional, no damage on the Board, too, bridges and the stone is not heated. The only thing that began to confuse, after reading manuals to Mamma in the QVL list of recommended field trips not this model of memory, but it's a recommendation, not strict adherence to, or am I mistaken?

Dear, in what could be the problem?
Thank You All In Advance.

Why is the computer not working after Assembly?

To say exactly without diagnosis difficult.
With 95% confidence, I can report that it's in the BIOS setup.
You have embedded videos and external card - move the video card, reset BIOS with jumper, connect the monitor to the video input of the motherboard, go into BIOS, set up, specify what you're going to use external graphics card and only then stick a dedicated graphics card.

Can be different but there should look, so if the above didn't help-
1) Put the speaker and listen as he squeaks at startup.
2) Try with only one strip of RAM to start.
All that You wrote I already did and mentioned it. Did not help, thank you. - Christina_Glover61 commented on June 10th 19 at 17:04
You have disabled the discrete card, connect the monitor to built-in and reset the BIOS jumper?
A reset is produced when completely powered down the computer, disconnected the PSU, for at least 15sekund?
In that order? - earl.Weissnat commented on June 10th 19 at 17:07
mother-stone+radiator bracket RAM(all variants 8 types) you don't displays the image. Deenergized dumped CMOS didn't help. - Christina_Glover61 commented on June 10th 19 at 17:10
An important course of action, I have met people who are a few days continuously tormented by the computer, including resetting the BIOS, but nevertheless the problem was in incorrect settings of the video output in the BIOS. - earl.Weissnat commented on June 10th 19 at 17:13
just tried as you wrote, unfortunately it did not help. - Christina_Glover61 commented on June 10th 19 at 17:16
, Then carry in service center, let them look, gather and give collected or returned under warranty.

To diagnose the hardware remotely thankless task and can not see things, a lot of questions you have to ask, then it is necessary to test, and having known good hardware.
There have been cases for example where the computer would not start at all because of the buggy keyboard - while the keyboard is plugged in, the computer would not start. - earl.Weissnat commented on June 10th 19 at 17:19

Well, it's obvious that BP. And why it was taking the same the second time? Replace the PSU to a higher quality and more powerful. For example, some FSP watt on 650-700 and everything will fly. If not - well, there is a memory or video card then only. The probability of marriage has not been canceled. For example, I somehow got a defective percent of at least one core was defective, the Windows stood up well - but under load, black screen and full freeze.
So from the start he load no gives the same, especially without a video card. Why just he? - Christina_Glover61 commented on June 10th 19 at 17:06
Well, if two times with the same PSU from the same series doesn't start - probably in it and business. Or just wear all at once in SC - let it give birth to all of this.
So from the start he load special does not give the same

Yeah. I also thought connecting a second HDD as a result of the PSU "exploded" and taking the CD with you in electronic Paradise. Yes, the load is not peak of course, but it is. - earl.Weissnat commented on June 10th 19 at 17:09
